Hi Matt. I know it can be daunting to think about the weight you need to loose but instead of seeing the goal weight as the only target try setting yourself a monthly target instead. I try to focus on loosing a kilo (2.2 lbs) a week until I hit my target weight rather than saying I want to be X weight by Y date. If I make my weekly target I get a treat (ok usually beer
