Salads can be very miss leading. People think that if you eat a salad it is low cal but the dressings can be loaded with cals. But the good news is there are low cal low fat dressings that taste great. Just make sure you use them or if you dont have them available a trick i learned is get your dressing on the side dip your fork in the dressing them stab some salad you eat way less dressing but still get some taste.
Hang in there and make small goals to start with like maybe just drinking 64 oz of water a day and add goals as you feel stronger. Just keep at it. I love the saying "if you think you can or if you think you can't your right". Keep this in mind and keep a positive outlook by achieving small goals to start out with. Hang in there!!!!
