i gave myself the biggest loser book and DVD for christmas, it's a great set of tools. I've always been active, but I realized very quickly how diet was the big key to losing. For all of you that win the prize, you'll be absolutely amazed at how fast the diet kicks in.
I've lost an average of 2 and 1/2 poulds a weeks since December 26th! I expect that to start slowing down, but the longer you stay with the diet, the better you feel, and the more motivated you are.
