Don't sweat too much if you give into temptation once in a while. Remember you a just human. If I remember right you need to consume 3500 calories to put on 1 pound. I burn 300 calories (approx) in 20 mins on the cross trainer, about 1 normal size snickers. Don't make a habit of it though. I think its safe to say we are proud of you for NOT giving in. You are setting a great example
