A Healthier Happier Journey in June
Just when you think you've got something under control and stop paying attention to it, you turn around and there it is misbehaving (like a puppy). Except I'm talking about FOOD. Let me tell you, it took a lot this week for me not to just go into a grocery store, buy a small tub of ice cream and eat it for dinner. It would be so cool on these hot days, chocolately for sure and mmm.. NO! One day I even had to go home and watch the FitTV channel where a diet program was on to stop myself from ice-creaming it for dinner. Why? WHY? I don't normall eat the stuff anyways. Stupid TOM + misbehaving appetite.
Back to the ole Food Journal:
Yesterday: breaky=yogurt smoothie (90cal) lunch=6 in subway Turkey with mustard on Italian herb and cheese + 1 small apple (370 cal + 60cal = 450 cal) snack= 6in subway (370 cal) Dinner=frozen meal 320 cal, 1/2 glass Reisling white wine (50 cal) Snack= chocolate fudge pop 30 cal
Daily Total =1220 cal
Hey, that was better than I thought my total would be. Atleast no tubs of ice cream in there.
Today: Bkfst=none (late to dentist) lunch= lean Cuisine Paninni 320 cal snack = 1/2 large orange 60 cal + hot tea (0 cal) dinner=Papa John's Garden Delight Pizza (not my choice) Really a messed-up day food-wise.
Daily Total so far : 380 cal
