I think I'll try this out too, it's a great idea.
June 1: 1 hour on the elliptical, 1 hour swimming, 30 min walk
June 2: 1 hour weights (with trainer), 1/2 hour treadmill, 1 hour swimming
June 3: 30 min Tae Bo Kickboxing video
June 4: skipped
June 5: 1 hour weights (trainer), 1/2 hour treadmill, 45 min swimming, 30 min walk
June 6: 1 hour treadmill, 1 hour swimming
June 7: 1/2 hour weights, 1 hour cardio on stationary bike, 45 min swimming
June 8: 1 hour on treadmill, 30 min walk
