South Beach Diet Pizza Recipe - No Worries of Getting Fat

Each contain specific amounts of calories and the body only needs 250 mg/dl of calories per day. • 3/4 cup of whole-wheat flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 package of yeast (quick-rising)
• 2 teaspoons of olive oil
• 1/2-2/3 cup of hot water (120-130°F)
Procedure:
First, mix the flour with yeast, sugar and salt inside the food processor. Combine 2 teaspoons of olive oil with ½-2/3 of hot water. As the processor’s mote is running, slowly pour the mixture until you observe that a sticky ball is formed. Dough must be soft, not dry or too sticky. Try to pour 1-2 tbsp warm water if the dough is dry and put in additional 1-2 tbsp of flour if the dough is too sticky. Wait for several minutes until the dough is formed into a ball. Then, take time wait for the process for at least a minute before kneading.
The dough is then transferred into lightly floured surface. Cooking spray and a piece of plastic wrap must be sprayed on the side, then underneath and over the dough. Allow 10-20 min rest before rolling the dough. Now, you have very health whole wheat pizza dough for dessert. Just add toppings and bakes it for 30 minutes or until it is well-cooked.
