Fat Loss Dummy Guide. Let’s Loss some Weight.

Posted on 06 September 2007 by aaron_nimocks

FatLoss4Idiots was created as an easy way for people to learn about the latest dieting and weight loss information, and to succeed.

This entire program is focused on giving dieters a NON starvation type of weight loss program, a diet which is NOT focused on starving the body of calories or carbs — because starvation diets do not work and will only make you miserable, leaving you feeling weak and lethargic all day.

Weight Loss Facts:

Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON’T WORK.

You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON’T WORK.

You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?

Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below…
Try our New ACCELERATED Fat Burning Diet right here

FatLoss 4 Idiots is all about giving new and cutting edge dietary information, to show you a new way of dieting which is different from what you’ve seen before. If you follow the dieting advice on this site then you’ll go beyond traditional diets — and into the future of smart weight loss.

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons — because you’re eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you’re also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

Think closely about what we’re about to tell you, since it’s going to change the way you think about dieting…

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don’t get fat because of a lack of exercising, that’s a myth. You get fat because you don’t eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an “engine” and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don’t eat the right foods at the right times then it won’t burn those calories — and you’ll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint: You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight).

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

It’s not really any more complicated than that, and the way to start losing weight has nothing to do with starving yourself or jogging.

This entire program is dedicated to providing dieters with new and friendly dieting techniques, which allow them to lose weight faster than normal.

Try Our New ON-LINE DIET GENERATOR!

We’ve created an online diet generator which automatically computes everything for you in just seconds, and it gives you the right daily menu each day so that you don’t have to calculate anything while shifting your calories.

This new diet is called the IDIOT PROOF DIET.

So what is Alli?

Posted on 26 June 2007 by aaron_nimocks

“Alli” is the new diet pill everyone talks about in America. On June 15, Alli became the first FDA-approved diet pill that’s available without a prescription. Despite its high price tag - $49-$59, uncomfortable side effects, and small potential benefits, it’s been flying off the shelves Dieters are eager to try Alli(I bought one myself).

What is Alli?
Alli is a less potent version of the prescription diet pill, Xenical (orlistat). At half the dosage of the prescription version, experts feel that its potential for abuse and overall risk is low enough to be safe for over-the-counter use. You can expect to pay between $50 and $60 for a 30-day supply of Alli, which can be bought in supermarkets, drug stores, and Costco.

How Does Alli Work?
Put simply, Alli is a fat-blocker. You take a pill with each meal. The main ingredient in the pill binds with the digestive enzymes that would normally break down fat from the meal that you consumed. But because Alli attaches to these enzymes, it prevents them from digesting about 1/4 of the fat you just ate, allowing it to pass through the digestive system and out of the body, undigested and unabsorbed. Overall, fewer calories from dietary fat are stored as actual body fat. And I can see Fat is coming out from mybody.

Studies conducted by the company show that when using the Alli program (pills, diet and exercise) correctly, individuals can lose up to 50% more weight than dieting alone.

But remember, Alli is low fat diet meaning You need to Watch your meal(low fat, low carb) with exercising regularly. It will help yourbody not to take much fat so body can burn bodyfat. If you want to loss weight fast, this is not for you and Nobody will not recommend loss weight fast anyway.

The Finale

Posted on 14 December 2006 by aaron_nimocks

Wow everyone looked great! Up first were the at home contestants battling it out for $50, 000 and the winner was Poppy who went from a size 22 to a size 2! That was amazing. Then they had the eliminated players go for the $100,000.00 and Brian from the blue team who lost more than what he weighed won, Jaron was close behind. With the final 4 Wylie, Kai, Heather, and Erik all had done an amazing job. Heather could not weigh in because she was pregnant and looked great!

Erik got to choose the order and chose Kai to go first, then Wylie, and then himself. Kai who began this journey at 262 weighed in at 144lbs, she had lost 118lbs at 45.04%. Wylie was up next he started at 307 and weighed in at 178 losing 129lbs at 42.02% leaving Kai in first place. Erik needed to lose 186lbs to beat Kai, he started off at 407lbs abd weighed in at 193lbs losing an amazing 214lbs at an amazing 52.58%! He was crowned the biggest loser for season 3.

season 3 episode 10

Posted on 06 December 2006 by aaron_nimocks

Erik now had to break the news to Bob that he had sent his fellow teammate home. Bob was very upset couldn’t believe Erik did that and told him he hopes he knows what he is doing. After the initial shock wore off Bob told Erik he would be devoted to him to help him become the biggest loser.

The challenge the contestants had to strap on the weight they had lost back on in a race and along the way there were barrels set up that the contestants would have to drop some of their weight at each barrell symbolizing how much weight they had lost along the way. Wylie had a big lead until he forgot to drop off some of his weight at a barrell and had to go back giving the lead to Jaron who kept the lead and won the challenge. Jaron’s wife got to come to the ranch and stay the night as his reward.

At the last chance workout Bob was giving Erik all he had because if Erik was going home Bob was too and he wasn’t about to let that happen. Kim continued to work out her five for the final weigh in. The final weigh in Jaron was up first and had lost 8lbs which means he had lost 100lbs total! Kai lost an amazing 9lbs and Wylie lost 12 giving him 5% weight loss. Adrian only lost 2lbs then whined about how there was no way that could be right since she ran a lot that week. Erik was sweating bullets since everyone was putting up big numbers and he needed to pull big numbers in order to stay on the ranch and to keep Bob there too and he did it with 12 lb weight loss. Erik’s weight loss pushed Heather and Adrian below the yellow line and it was no suprise that they sent Adrian packing.

season 3 episode 9

Posted on 19 November 2006 by aaron_nimocks

The duos are no more and it’s every man for himself this week. There are only two blue team members left this week and Bob lets them know he is totally devoted to them. Kim works out Jaron and Adrian and while Jaron is doing great Adrian complains through the whole workout saying she looks stupid and she doesn’t think the workout is doing anything for her.

The editor of prevention magazine came to the ranch and told the contestants they were getting a makeover. They were going to get new clothes and hair and makeup for a photoshoot. Everyone was excited about getting a new look and they joked about what they would do to Wylie because he has no hair. Marty’s goal was to look younger like one of his students. The contestants were shocked at how they looked after the makeover.

The challenge this week was the contestants were to get on bikes and be lifted into the air 30 feet and bike their way to immunity. Everytime a player hit the two mile mark they got to choose another player to be dropped ten feet and once a players name was called 3 times they were eliminated. Once again Adrian started to complain, she said it wasn’t fair and she wasn’t going to play unless Caroline made it fair. Caroline was shocked and asked what did she mean and Adrian basically said ” you know damn well what I mean there is five of them and two of us and they are going to vote us off. What would be fair is if we did who could bike the fastest or the longest, I don’t want to play I just want to go home.” Eventually Adrian decided to suck it up and get on the bike and play and of course her and Jaron were the first to go and Kai won the challenge and immunity, mainly because she was so afraid of heights that the other players felt bad about sending her down.

At the weigh in Kai was up first since she has immunity anyway and lost 3 lbs and was now under 200lbs! Jaron lost 7lbs at 2.94%, Heather lost 7 lbs at 3.76% puttin her in first place above Jaron. Marty lost 8lbs but came below Jaron at 2.84%, Adrian lost 7lbs at an amazing 4.12% and put her into first place. Wylie who had worked out like crazy this week lost zero lbs proving that if you do too much you wont get the results you want. Eric lost 11 lbs putting Marty below the yellow line with Wylie. Wylie was very upset about being below the yellow line while Marty was optimistic and joked with his contestants to try to get them not to choose him. At the elimination Jaron and Adrian voted for Marty and Kai and Heather voted for Wylie leaving the deciding vote up too Eric a fellow blue team member and Eric chose winning the game over loyalty and voted Marty out.

Season 3 episode 8

Posted on 09 November 2006 by aaron_nimocks

The six contestans joined the rest of the crew back at the ranch. Everybody was acting nice but the original contestants vowed to get rid of these invaders fast. They had a weigh in to see who the top man and top woman was in the six because the top two were to stay as a team to compete. After the weigh in it was Adrian from the girls to stay, she lost 53 lbs at 23.5% weight loss. It was Jaron from the men who won the weigh in after losing 75lbs to be Adrian’s team mate. Everyone was shocked that the at home contestants had lost more than the ones at the ranch.

At the challenge the teams had to move literally a ton of weight coming from tires, dumbells, water, or bricks from one end of the room to the other. First they had to guess how many calories were in a meal and Marty and Wylie were only 19 calories off and got to choose who carried what. They decided they would carry the water and chose Adrian and Jaron to carry the bricks because they thought that would be the toughest. It paid off because Wylie and Marty won the challenge winning a 42 inch tv. Kai and Eric, and Heather and Bobby continued to finish even though the game was over and Adrian and Jaron gave up which dissapointed everyone includin Bob because the one thing they teach is you finish what you start and Adrian and Jaron obviously had not learned that. Adrian also had a tough time working out this week, she kept questioning Kim’s workouts saying they wernt doing anything for her and just making rude comments that struck the other team members badly. She even decided she didn’t want Kim’s help and she could do it on her own, which she decided later was a bad move and asked for Kim’s forgiveness and to be back on the team.

Final weigh in Marty and Wylie were up first and both pulled in pretty low numbers at 1.98% weight loss which made everyone think one of the would be going home. Eric who had gained weight the week before wanted to make it up to Kai and did just that by losing 20lbs. The biggest shock was Bobby who only lost 3bs and Heather who actually gained 4 and it turned out to be a strategic move because they wanted to be below the yellow line to send Bobby home because he was home sick and mentally had already checked out of the game. Bob was so upset at Bobby feeling like once again Bobby had quit, he tried to motivate bobby to fight to stay and let Heather’s plan backfire but in the end the teams chose Bobby to go home. They showed Bobby going home and he looked great, his wife said he looked 15lbs younger and his fire department felt like they had hired a new employee.

season 3 episode 7

Posted on 09 November 2006 by aaron_nimocks

The two teams are gone this week and they are split into individual teams of two, one red team member is to be paired with a blue team member. The duo with the lowest percentage of weight loss will be eliminanated. They had a challenge that they had to pick a hidden plate that could have the card that gives that person the power to pick the teams or they would pick a plate of food and have to eat that food. Wylie was the las to pick and he got the power to pick the teams. Wylie wanted to be fair, he wanted to match a high weight loss person with a low weight loss person. The teams were: Heather and Bobby, Kai and Eric, Pam and Brian, and lastly Wylie chose Marty to be his partner.

The duos hit the gym to work out. Now the teams got to work out with both Bob and Kim. Kim didn’t like Bob’s no hold bar approach and started to argue with him telling him he was being to hard on his trainees. Bob told Kim he wasn’t going to back down, that is how he trains. This scene made me miss Jillian because she would never question Bob on his approach, it wasn’t her place to do that. Sorry had to throw in my opinion there.

The challenge was the duos had to hold on to a pole and the team that held on the longest got a video phone call home. It came down to Marty and Wylie and then Pam and Brian. Marty told Wylie to let go of the pole and just let him hold it and as wylie let go the pole lit the fire and they were out, Pam and Brian won the challenge.

The final weigh in, Pam was afraid to let Brian down and she lost 4 lbs but in the end Pam and Brian were below the yellow line with Kai and Eric. Eric had gained weight in a strategic move because Kai has a pass that keeps them from being eliminated. Pam and Brain were sent home. The teams got a shock after they left because in walked 6 people who turned out to be the top 3 men and the top 3 women that were at home losing weight. The red team and blue team were upset and felt like they had to go all of them had to go. The top two, would stay and compete as a duo.

Season 3 episode 6

Posted on 26 October 2006 by aaron_nimocks

The two teams were given a quiz, a calorie counting quiz. They had to guess how many calories were in things like a burger and fries, a plate of fried chicken cole slaw and a biscuit. The winning team got to pick two members to have no trainer for 72 hours and two members to have to eat out for 72 hours. The red team killed this challenge, they came close on everything while the blue team were way off. They picked Marty and Brian to have to eat out, and Erik and Bobby to have no trainer. A very wise decision by the red team, Bob was upset and told Erik he was screwed and Erik feeling like Bob had no faith in him told him to let him prove him wrong.

Erik and Bobby were working out in the gym at the same time as Brian and Marty but they were being completely ignored by Bob. Then Marty and Brian were having trouble ordering out, the special order they made came back wrong and Bob told them in the real world that is not how they ordered it and they need to send it back.

The physical challenge this week was on team member was to be in a harness while the other team members ran to get the flag and passed it off to the harnessed team member and then lifted that team member to place the flag on a pole, the first team to place all their flags win and the winning team got to pick either a healthy dinner at a fancy hotel or an intense workout in the pool of the hotel plus they got to choose which red team member sat out at the weigh in. The blue team got their second victory and chose to eat while the red team worked out in front of them in the pool.

The doctor stopped by to chat with the contestants, a lot of them had lowered their colestrol and some were out of risk for diabetes. Bobby didn’t need medication for blood pressure or diabetes anymore and Erik was doing really well and the doctor urged him to stay away from anything that would make him go back to cigerettes when he got home. The 72 hours were up and Bob was so excited he went right to work on Erik and Bobby, Marty said he was going to miss the take out food.

At the weigh in the blue team chose Ken to sit out, he lost 11lbs for his team. The red team continued to pull out fairly big numbers, they lost a total of 29lbs at 3.26%. The blue team had to loose more than 38 lbs to beat the red team, Bobby was up first and he lost 13lbs. Brian lost another 9lbs, then Marty lost 15 which left it up to Erik to only have to loose 2lbs and he lost 16! The blue team won the weigh in and you knew either Ken or wylie were going home. In the end it was Ken who said goodbye.

Season 3 episode 5

Posted on 25 October 2006 by aaron_nimocks

The teams arrive at the gym to find a padlock on the gym door and a sign saying the gym is closed. Some of the contestants were trying to go through the window just as Bob and Kim arrived to tell them nope you got to go back to the house, no working out at the gym this week. The blue team had to workout outside and Bob instructed Amy that if she wanted to stick around she had to work out like a man and that is exactly what Amy did. Kim worked out the red team in the house on the stairs and of course they complained and cried a little about it.Both teams were taken to lunch to learn how to customize their order when eating out. They needed to learn they could ask for food anyway they wanted, it didnt have to be whats on the menu.

The challenge was at the Los Angeles Coliseum and since it was going to be the hardest challenge both teams got messages from home. The teams had to complete a a series of 510 waves across the stadium. The winner received $2500 in Starter workout gear. Bob and Kim were in this challenge pushing their teams. The red team was ahead and looked like they would go strong especially because Erik on the blue team was having troubles but Ken on the red team gave up and couldn’t go anymore so the blue team won. The red team especially Pam were very upset that they practically handed the blue team this win. The blue team were no longer offers ( 0 for 4). After the challenge the teams headed back to the house where Devin Alexander showed them how to cook healthy pizzas and burgers that looked delicious and were good for you. The team members were happy because this was realistic food, something different from plain chicken and fish.

At the weigh in the red team was up first, not very high numbers this week they only lost 26lbs at 2.14%. The blue team needed to lose 30lbs to win the weigh in but came up short by 3 lbs and lost the weigh in. Back at the ranch Bobby and Amy were discussing who they should send home, Amy was leaning towards Erik and Bobby wanted to vote off Marty because he felt he was a threat. However, in the end it seemed there was an aliance formed between Brian, Erik, and Bobby and Amy was eliminated. Amy felt blindsighted and told her team it didn’t make any sense and was not going to help them.
