Need to express my disappointment in the bodybugg product. My fitness instructor saw it on the show. My daughter found it through the NBC website. I was turning 50 and I thought this would be a great product. It was not very clear at time of purchasing that it was only good for 3 months. We understood the three months to apply to the personal trainer you had access too. Recently I received an email that my subscription was expiring. I called the APEX company, no answer, I emailed the company, no answer. Surely I thought I would still be able do download my daily exercise. The other day I went to do just that and got a message that I had to pay move, not that $200.00 already wasn’t enough, now to use if for a year it was going to be another $99.00 dollars. What a scam. I’m will be sharing my disappointment on this product to as many as I can. You give a great write up on the product, but no where in your description do you say once a subscription expires you need to pay more to continue downloading data. Again, I think the subscription has to do with the access to the fitness trainer.

I am surprised – the scales DID LIE!! Kristen should have started this weigh-in at 303 pounds BUT the scale said 301!! She really lost 14 pounds!! I hope they give her credit for those 2 pounds next week!! I would love to see her win this whole competition!! GO KRISTEN!!
