I think that name "chocolate diet" is the face. Dark chocolate has been enjoyed by slim Europeans for decades now. The plan you describe above is simply a sensible diet that one should aim for on a regular base.

Eating real foods and avoiding fast foods and process foods leaves room for good quality treats like dark chocolate.

Now, I'm not too sure about the popcorn chocolate or pasta chocolate. I've heard that in Naples they serve pizza chocolate as well. I think these types of concoctions are no longer considered "healthy treat choices".

When it comes to dieting - the best thing to do is avoid dieting and welcome eating healthy (and being active)!

This is a great article!

As someone rather overweight and making lifetyle changes, rather than dieting, I'm always interested in new ideas. I cannot see dark chocolate as being such a catalyst for weight loss as say cutting carbs. And whats with the popcorn?! But its worth a try.
